            On March 28,2023 I put 5k down on a 2010 Audi Q7 at luxury auto maxx I received temporary plates. The next day I went to get it registered the bmv told me I wasnt in the system they asked for a title which I didnt have and they said it might be too early since Id just purchased it for them to see it in the system. I waited till closer to the end of the plates expiring around 6/20/2023 and tried again but had the same issue, it wasnt in the system for me. I called ***** but he didnt have any solution, he said he would consult his secretary and get back to me within five minutes which didnt happen. I called off work on the 6/23/2023 to drive down to the dealer but no one was in the office and ***** kept giving me the run around as to when anybody would be there constantly changing the arrival time therefore wasting my time. He wouldnt answer my calls on 6/26/2023 neither would his Secretary answer the number she left on my voicemail for me I need the issue of my car not being able to be registered solved ASAP

            WARNING...DO NOT purchase a vehicle from this place...ESPECIALLY from *********************** I just purchased a 2012 Range rover evoque that had some issues he has promised to fix and now he's ignoring my calls,text and has hung up the phone in my face....I had to call from a different number just to get the phone jus to get him to answer, I have everything documented and a recording and text stating thay he would fix the problems and still nothing. The finance company even heard our conversation and was disturb by it because of how rude he was and the fact that he actually hung up on a customer I have file a complaint with them as well and won't stop until these issues are solved but please stay away from this place especially *********************** he is a complete liar but I seen right thru him so please beware.....

            The mechanic is backed up I told you just wait until he gets free up. Not sure what you are upset about I gave you a free rental. I fixed all 5 things you asked for. The truck has a brand new motor why your truck is not opening up all the way has to be looked at. It's not like I didn't order the parts from ********************** and do everything I said I would. The trunk does not open up all the way and you are causing all these problems just in 1 week. I texted you the mechanic's information just take the car to him and he will repair it. Please review your false fake review.
