Brought my pickup in because it was making a vibration in the drive train for diagnostic. I am not a mechanic so I thought bringing it into the dealer was my best option. They sent me their findings and a video which was the differential needed to be rebuilt. $3000 . I ended up oking this. So they did the work and after almost a week they told me to come pick it up I picked it up and it was still doing the vibration. I live only a few miles away and I noticed it . So I brought it back. I was now notified it is the torque converter. Only another $3000 and they could fix it and this price was the shop rat otherwise it would be $4500 to $**** . So they fixed it and when I picked it up they said it still has a noise at 35 mph and if it does not go away by **** miles bring it back in This has been the worst ordeal I have been through with a vehicular and I am 70. This whole situation took almost two weeks so this note is a condensed version DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! LESS

I was extremely disappointed in the service I received. Mid July 2023 I put money down on a car that was in transit. Was told it would be in July *****. Received a call 4 days before it was going to be delivered. I made an appointment for the next morning. I asked twice to make sure it was in & was reassured it was. I drove 45 minutes, even got a text reminding me about the appointment when I was on our way. I texted that I was. Got there only to find out that the car wasn't there. *** even came out to apologize, he offered a gas card. After 50 minutes of them saying there was a mistake, the car wasn't in. And not finding a gas card. I was tired of waiting so I told them to mail it. I wasted 3 hours of my time that morning. I never received any calls about the status of the car. I had to call myself to find out. Then, on August 17th, I received a call from **** (he was the person I talked to when I went the first time the car wasn't there). I went the next morning to find out AGAIN that the car was not in. He said he made a mistake. Didn't really apologize & said that he came in on his day off. Well, we just drove 45 minutes again to find out he made another mistake. You would think he would have checked the vin# & double check since there was a mistake previously. I purchased a car from another dealership and had great service. I am giving them 1 star only because I have to.

Called about a car for almost 2 weeks said that they would get a video of the car to me ASAP never did keep calling and calling and calling getting hung up on promise call back never call back was ready to make it deposit What I'd like to see the car in videos before I made that initial call I live 4 hours away My honest opinion I think the car was a bait and switch car ************* I've ever dealt with would not recommend ************* I've ever dealt with would not recommend
