      I recently purchased a vehicle from Honda *********************** in ***********, **. I was very satisfied with the customer service during my experience. The salesperson and the manager helped me out with the purchase, any questions, and even were able to fix all the issues the car had. Some of the issues that needed to be fixed included the sliding door, tire sensor, seat rattle, rear wiper blade, plastic running boards that needed to be secured, new gas tank door, scratches, and the front bumper needed to be secured. Once I purchased the vehicle I was told that I need to wait for some parts to arrive before bringing in my car for service. I finally dropped off my car at the dealership on September 29th for it to be serviced. I waited for over a week and no one has contacted me about my vehicle to provide updates. I finally had to call the dealership on October 7th in order to find out about the vehicle. I was told that the dealership is waiting on parts and that the vehicle is just parked. I asked the service advisor why they did not take the car to the body so the repairs can be done and he had no answer for me (bodywork was done elsewhere). The following week I got an update saying that the vehicle is going into the body shop (which was another week). Again, no one was calling me for updates or letting me know what was going on. I tried contacting the manager and no one had called me back and I even had to take time out of my day in to go into the dealership and find out why no one was calling me and get an update about my vehicle. When the car came back to the dealership the mechanic assessed the sliding door and had to order a motor for it, so it can be replaced. (Why was this not done in the first week when the car was just sitting in the lot?). The dealership ordered the parts and it ended up being the wrong part. I had to wait longer in order for the correct parts to come in. I finally got a call and was told that the car is ready for pick-up on October 27th (a month later). During the whole experience, I was not able to get a hold of any manager (sales or service) via phone, even after leaving numerous messages to them. I was not offered a rental car for that whole time and had to borrow my family's cars in order to get around. I was using my father's car for about a couple of weeks and its catalytic converter was stolen. I had to pay $1000 to get the catalytic converter replaced. After about 3 and a half weeks I finally got frustrated and tired of waiting for my car and had exhausted all my options, I asked for a rental. The service manager provided me with a rental only after 3 and a half weeks, after driving multiple cars, after jumping through all the loopholes, and after a stolen catalytic converter. I even contacted the corporate office and no one has ever got back to me. I have even tried contacting the general manager and he has not contacted me. This whole experience makes me never want to go to your dealership again. I have spent more time on the phone waiting for someone to call me than actually talking and getting updates about the vehicle. It is insane to keep a vehicle in the dealership for over a month and not even follow up with the customer or offer a rental car. My vehicle has a 90 day or 4,000-mile warranty and a third of that time my vehicle was just sitting in the lot.
