              They scratched both my headlights on my pilot while doing a detail and now they are calling me a liar and will not fix the damage. My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from this dealership and the last couple of years the service has gone down hill fast. Do not buy your vehicle or have it serviced here. Go to ********* countryside locations instead. Will never buy another Honda from them or anyone else after their horrible customer *************************** watch out for *** as he cant look you in the eyes as he knows he doesnt care about his customers, is horrible at customer **********************, and is guilty of lying to them as well. *Update Honda corp said they will replace the headlights the dealership destroyed on my car and lied about. Now they are saying a week for parts. Had a vacation that had to be cancelled since they wouldnt give a loaner car for out of town. Have lost thousands as trip was not able to be refunded. Thanks Honda
