    I PAID $1,499.64 0N 06/16/23 FOR LABOR REPLACING A DAMAGED TORQUE CONVERTOR FOR THE TRANSMISSION AND I PAID $820.04 ON 06/8/23 FOR THE TORQUE CONVERTOR PART ,,THE SERVIICE WRITER AND MECHANIC WORKING ON MY HONDA 2011 *** TRIED TELLING ME I NEEDED TO REPLACE THE **** WATER PUMP WHEN THE *** WAS SERVICED AT VALLEY HONDA WHICH REPLACED ALL THE **** COOLANT A MONTH BEFORE IF MY *** NEEDED A $900 WATER PUMP ,VALLEY HONDA WOULD HAVE INFORMED ME ,BUT JOILET HONDA WAS PUTTING PRESSURE ON ME TO REPLACE IT ,WHEN I BECAMSE ANGRY AT THE SERVICE WRITER TELLING HIM IF THE DID REPLACE TEH WATER PUMP I WOULD REFUSE TO PAY FOR IT ,I ALSO INFORMED THE SERVIVE WRITER THAT I WANTED THE OLD TORQUE CONVERTOR ,SO I COULD HAVE EVIDENCE THAT THEY DID THE WORK I WQS PAYING THEM FOR , WHEN I ICKED UP MY HONDA *** A FEW DAYS LATER IN LATE AFTERNOON , ON 06/15/23 ,,THE NEXT MORNING I RETURNED TO GET THE OLD CONVERTOR AND THEY INFORMED ME THEY GAVE IT AWAY !! A FEW DAYS LATER MY STEERING PUMP WAS MAKING A ,LOT OF NOISE ,SO I WENT ON U TUBE AND FOUND A MECHANIC WHO SHOWED ME I NEEDED TO SIMPLY REPLACE A BAD "O " SEAL ON THE LOW PRESSURE SIDE ,,I TOOK THE ONE S**** HOLDING THE LOW PRESSURE LINE ON TO THE STEERING PUMP, AND I DID NOT SEE AN "O" SEAL UNTIL I GOT A FLASH LIGHT AND LOOKED INSIDE THE ******* AND FOUND A BLACK O SEAL ,I WENT TO THE HONDA STORE ,THE PARTS MAN GAVE ME A RED SEAL WHICH WAS FOR LOW PRESSURE ,THE BLACK I TOOK OUT WAS FOR HIGH PRESSURE IF I DID NOT REPACE THAT SEAL WITH THE CORRECT RED SEAL MY STEERING PUMP WOULD BREAK,FROM TO MUCH AIR IN THE LINES, THEY SABOTAGED MY STEERING PUMP BECAUSE I WOULD NOT PAY THEM ANOTHER $900 FOR A WATR PUMP ,, AND MY TRANSMISSION IS STILL NEEDING A TORQUE CONVERTOR ,, BECAUSE THEY DIDI NOT DO THE WORK PROPERLY I REFUSE TO TAKE IT BAKC TO THEM FOR FEAR THEY WOULD DAMAGE SOMETHING ELSE ,THEY OWN 2 STORES ONE IS IN ***** ******** WHICH I COULD TAKE IT THERE ,,BUT THE MANAGER REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK I WANT MY MONEY I PAID RETURNED !! $2400

    In Aug. of 2022 I purchased a CERTIFIED 2020 Honda Pilot. By Nov 2022 my computer started "rebooting" randomly. I would lose my infotainment screen and radio/phone system while driving the car. Dec. 27th took in to have fixed, was told it was from battery. A $274 new battery installed, Issue persisted. 2/9/23 system went out completely. Took to ****** dealership (closer to home) they said "fixed" it was not. Returned to Joliet Honda "fixed" NO NOT FIXED. 3/18 the call "Fixed" as the tech drove it in garage for me to take home, already had same issue. Seems it CAN'T BE FIXED! Asked for buy back as car is lemon and they offer me $16,0000 LESS than what I paid for a CERTIFIED HONDA vehicle 5 months ago (***** mi). STAY AWAY FROM JOLIET HONDA and Honda vehicles!
