    My vehicle was rear ended on 9/2022. However on 9/2023 ****** Nissan inspected my convertible top, it would not go down. Diagnosing flap, flap motor malfuction and bent frame. On 11/8/23 Nissan did the work on my vehicle replacing the flap and flap motor. Called me to pick up the vehicle stating it was fixed and properly working, however they stated a pin needed to be replaced, the tech made a makeshift part because no parts are available. I said hold on who authorized you to make a part for my vehicle and how long is that going to work. At that point ***** my service advisor stated well we fixed what I said was wrong and they don't have parts. I stated don't put that on me You fixed what you said was wrong and no one ever disclosed to me that there were no parts for this convertible top because I never would authorize you to make a ***** repair for a top that can't be used. ***** went round and round until he stated he understands and said give him time he'll see what can be done. However he called back a week later stating nothing can be done but will wave the 500 dollars and the vehicle is working properly. I went to get the vehicle on 11/29/23 and the top was doing the same exact thing it was brought in for. I left the vehicle. ***** called me at home said the steel was cold and Nissan recommends not letting top down when it's cold. I went to pick it up the next day this time car is still inside Nissan's garage the top was let down and still not operational. I left the vehicle. Nissan never fixed my car, never tried to give a resolution sent me an inappropriate text message about they did a courtesy inspection of goodwill, do I not have the right to inspect my vehicle on pickup to see if repairs were made. They refused a refund even though my insurance company called and asked them to return the money to me. The vehicle is currently in a specialty shop. They also put 300 miles on my car from 11/29/23 to 11/30/23. Vehicle in ***** and returned *****.

    I will not go here again, I went in for an oil change, And a tire rotation (I wonder if they even done that) The guy texts me and says that my car needs additional work done, So I told him to give me a printout, I brought it to my husband and he hit the ceiling, Because the work they claim that was needed had already been done by them, This is the second time that this has happened, We fact check, The audacity that these people think that we are stupid kills me, Mind you the so called additional work added up to around $900.00 dollars, I wish I could *** them....Can I
