Worst dealership ever! RUN and go elsewhere. Our brand new car was sold to us with a huge scratch and dent , interior damage to door. They screwed up our loan three times , had to resign paperwork. Not to mention the other cars we bought from them all had issues. They are shady and all they do is lie. The ** is verbally abusive and swore at us when he saw our reviews and threatned us to take the reviews down as well. The car has been in the shop more than on the road, had to now involve our attorney. They also tried to sell us off on a scam for gap insurance etc and when we canceled that the ** got mad over that too. Sadly there isnt enough space to write all that they have done. Just do NOT buy from them!

This review is about ******* Chino - GM at this establishment. Weve had surreal experiences dealing with ******* Chino. My brother-in-laws sister purchased a vehicle from one of Michaels sales associate. However, after all documents signed, and driving back home with the purchased vehicle, she was experiencing buyers remorse. (she really wanted a specific vehicle but that hasnt arrived yet to the dealer lot. So, she decided to settle for another vehicle)So, I contacted ******* Chino for a possible vehicle exchange. (You may think Im crazy or making this story up) but its true. I expected and was prepared to fight ******* when I called but to my absolute surprise, ******* was gentle, and understood the need for complete satisfaction and took care of this issue so beautifully smooth. This experience with ******* felt so genuine. Seriously?????? Who will exchange a vehicle thats already been purchased?? If exchange is even allowed, who will exchange so smoothly without giving you some BS?? AlsoMy brother-in-law purchased a vehicle for my mother. Upon receiving the vehicle, one of her tire popped.Called ******* and he sent someone from his dealership to my mother who was about an hour away to pick up the vehicle and change tire, and drop it back off. This situation couldve easily turned into a blame game. Nope! Not ******* Chino! *******, Thank you very much for taking care of all these issues Ive brought to your attention, and never not once giving me BS. Thank you.
