On March 29, 2023 I purchased a 2017 ******** from this business everything went smoothly at the time. September 18, 2023 not even 6 months and ***** miles later the car does not start. I get the car towed to a local ******** dealership after looking at it they tell me that there is water in the cargo and they believe that the car was in a flood, they dont want to go any further with the car because they said the time and money to diagnose what it really wrong might not be worth it because it may not be salvageable. There were rust stains and water marks in the cargo. *** wanted the car sent to there dealership so their mechanics can look at it, once the car gets there they said they need to send it to a ******** dealership because they know their own cars and they should know. They send it to a ******** dealership where the know the people. That dealership tells me that the sunroof drains are clogged and thats why there was water in the cargo. Wouldnt the first ******** dealership know that!?? The car was deemed a total loss. *** did give me a loaner car in the meantime. When I went to return the loaner the sales guy who sold me the car was like smiling and making a joke that the exact same thing just happened to his car!! Very unprofessional. *** should be somewhat responsible for this.
