      We purchased a certified used vehicle from Bill Jacobs. While cleaning the wheels the day after we bought it, my fianc noticed grooves in both rear brake rotors. He took the vehicle to another local *** dealer and 3 local independent shops. They all told him the dealer obviously "pad slapped" the rear brakes, meaning they installed new pads on bad rotors to save money. They all said the dealer should have replaced both rear rotors, pads and sensor. After going back and forth with the dealer, sending pictures, speaking with *******************, the *** they said they would not do anything. We found out that it would cost them less than $1k to make things right, and the brakes safe. He offered no resolution at all. We have filed a few formal complaints with *** customer relations, also with no resolution.

      Recently purchased a $60k+ certified vehicle from this dealer. Two days after buying it I noticed the two rear brake rotors have grooves in them. I took the vehicle to another local *** dealer and two independent shops and they all said the dealer pad slapped the rear brakes meaning they put new brake pads on bad rotors to save money. They all said the dealer should have replaced both rear rotors, the pads, and a sensor since the pads are wearing unevenly since they aren't contacting the entire rotor. *******************, the ** told me they aren't willing to do anything. This vehicle was an early birthday gift for my fiance and its parked in the garage as she's reluctant to drive it, due to having bad brakes. The vehicle has only been driven 90 miles since we purchased it two weeks ago. 34 of those miles were when we drove it home from the dealer. The remaining miles were put on driving to the other *** dealer and the two independent shops. *** filed a formal complaint with *** customer relations. *** documented my terrible experience with this dealer on ********** Bill Jacobs *** *****.
