The **** Auto body charged me $1500 for work that was poorly done and for work they did not do but claimed they did. The owner told me I needed a new starter and one was being installed, which was done but NOT BY the **** Auto body.**** Auto had my car for 3 1/2 weeks without any communication (very minimum) or follow up on work being done or needing. To the point I contacted a police officer and was informed to be patient since they already had my car and could do anything to it if I upset them. After 3 1/2 wks later I was able to pick up my car on a Friday afternoon, the **** Auto was unorganized and needed time to send my receipt/invoice ( the owners ) said they will email me a invoice. when leaving The **** Auto Body, I was heading over to the emissions testing site, i stop for gas this is when I looked under my hood and saw large amounts of oil leaks all over my engine. I snap a picture sent to both owners and mention there are still leaks present and oil is all over my engine none of them responded.Sunday I texted again for the invoice, on Monday a invoice was sent to me, on the invoice was the attempt to cover their dishonesty by claiming they had mentioned the leak to me, the labor on the invoice states 11 hr why was my car kept 3weeks.The main purpose for me to bring in my car was because of the leak. I had contacted them again ask if a started was added to my car no response from either of them. A few DAYS later I took my car to another mechanic which I paid for the same work to be done again, I paid double for a **** car.The 2nd mechanic also informed me the work done by **** Auto was poorly done and how I was overcharged for labor and most of the work did not take this amount of time to complete. I was forced to pay twice. I did also take my car to a 3rd mechanic who mention the poor job **** Auto did and how they took advantage of the situation and are not capable of doing a honest job to any car.

This complainant is leaving out the fact that she disputed the amount charged and got her money back via pay pal guarantee. She also was notified to rectify any issues or concerns, and she chose to not return our call.
