I was verbally and physically assaulted by two male workers after my car was illegally towed I was beaten and embarrassed in front of my daughter and locked behind there iron gates for 30 minutes in 98 degree weatherReview from Margaret J

Bad company , live at my address over 7 years, always had reserve parking , a new land Lord took over and got this company only call them when he get mad to tow your car and charge over two hundred dollarsReview from Nicole M

I just got my car towed by this company for parking and patronizing the staples on 12th and canal street. After going into staples, I went to my car to put some documents in my vehicle and instead of waiting with my daughter who was still inside of staples (waiting for them to finish the rest of our print job), I decided to walk from my car to another store. I came back and saw my car was towed while my daughter was still inside of staples. This is clearly an illegal tow as we were patronizing the store where we parked our vehicle. They took video of me walking away from my car not having any idea My daughter was still inside of staples. They do not have the right to illegally tow my car. I have the receipts/proof with dates and times of me being inside of staples. I plan to dispute the towing fees and *** this company for illegal practices.Review from Michelle C

To give them one star is an understatement. This Business is a bunch of crooks! They towed my car from a private lot on 12th Canal, out of the Chase parking lot. I went to the atm 1st then went to a second store. Any way no Sign in the parking lot saying you can not leave the parking lot. Upon getting my car back the clerk was EXTREMELY RUDE & DISRESPECTFUL! I told her she was very rude she then said Do you think I give a s*** Bitch! Very nasty and rude. Horrible experience. I had to give them $220 to get my own car back. My car was behind an automatic Black gate. They have to push a button to let you in. The *************** has like pitch forks. This place should be SHUT DOWN, its a scam! Definitely should be Illegal to just go into parking lots towing peoples cars ????????Review from Pavielle W

THIS *********** EMPLOYEE'S ARE JOKES. IT TAKES LONGER TO HOOK UP A CAR THEN TO LET IT DOWN... THESE GRIMMEY THIRSTY PATHETIC HUMANS ******** YOUR CAR QUICK & ILLEGALLY. I SAY ILLEGAL BECAUSE THEY'LL SIT & WATCH OR CIRCLE AROUND TILL THEY FIND SUMTHING TO HURRY UP & TOW NO MATTER THE **** FRAME... UNLESS BEING CALLED IN ITS ALWAYS A **** FRAME TO TRY & TOW SOMEONE'S CAR. THEY DONT DO THAT BECAUSE THEY HURTING FOR MONEY. This is the most horrendous company I have ever dealt with. So rude to people and know they have you since they get to hold your vehicle hostage until you pay their fee. And manager sits inside a little area surrounded by bulletproof glass. I wonder why?Review from Ariel D

If I could give this business **** stars I would, its one thing to tow your car but its another to think youre a **** forensic analyst. This company charged my partner for the transaction and it WENT THROUGH and took the money from the account. The guy then goes to say, the signature isnt good enough and then demands cash after the card was already charged! The police were called and they said this business is shady and they get calls every other day. I encourage everyone to report this business to the BBB and take legal action. This towing company is the worst! Rokaitis Industries towed my semi truck illegal from a private lot . My truck was towed from a mechanic shop in ********** on private property. Two men's pulled up and drove away in my truck. They turned my elog (tracking device] off as well as turned the camera inside off. They made several stops before getting to there location. Basically joy riding ! My truck was not taken to there main location, it was taken to an unknown location on **************. ******************* my truck was parked at sent an email stating they did not give anyone from Rokaitis towing to tow any trucks. They charged us $ ****** to get our truck back. They damaged our truck. They damaged the 5th wheel that cost $ ******** to be repaired.My GPS and blue parrot head phones was stolen out of the truck.This was a theft and illegal tow.Ratings is a 0 no stars, this company should be out of business.Customer Response

You towed my car today on CHRISTMAS no less. You came into a PRIVATE parking lot looking for easy money. I have a *********** that fell off of my windshield. Had you looked in the car, you would have seen it. The tag is damaged and was taped to the windshield but fell off. I don't drive my car as much and didn't notice it fell. ************************* ***** the manager of the condo complex I'm assuming gave you permission to do this? She has a list of cars and what spot they are assigned to. My car was in the exact spot it was supposed to be in. Posting on here most likely doesn't do any good, but I will post this on all social media.
