    Do not drop your vehicle off here expecting good communication or met deadlines.I was in a car accident and had about $8,500 in repair work that needed to be done to my car. Unfortunately, Geico referred me to ***************. Initially it was amazing, I was given a timeline of about 2 weeks and was sent text updates along the way. Then, 2 weeks after dropping the car off I got a text notification that my car was nearing completion and if they encountered any delays, they would call me so I called just to check in on when I should expect my car. This is where my nightmare with ***** began. Much to my amazement a part was delayed but I had received no notification of this.I decided to be patient and waited about two more weeks before calling again as my rental car from the insurance agency was about to lose coverage. I was informed at this time that my car would be ready within the week and decided to return my rental car. Huge mistake, ***** did not follow through on this promise and I spent the next couple of weeks paying for Uber and **** services to and from work. I continued to call and check in, was given guarantees and promised my car multiple times only to be told it was not ready.This went on for about 10 weeks, I would call ***** speak to different representatives be guaranteed different timelines or stories and not once did they ever follow through on those promises or call me to update me.In the end after about $1,000 in extra expenses due to extending my rental car and having to take Uber and **** once it was returned, I had lost confidence in their ability to ever bring this job to completion. After a short call with **** I located the part ***** had been unable to source for ten weeks, purchased it myself and organized the logistics to get it from the parts warehouse to *****.Upon completion of the vehicle ***** had left marks on the interior upholstery which is indicative of their negligence from start to finish.
