****** fixed my laundry washer issue today. He was extremely professional and thorough. He was also here today to help with an ice maker issue with my fridge. After checking the fridge, he identified a major replacement needed to fix the problem. Since it was the first time ever we had that problem, he put me in touch with the manufacturer to get the replacement parts and labor for free. I greatly appreciate everything ****** did for us today. I also greatly appreciated the *** appliance teams communication and reminding me of ******* visit time and updates.AAA Appliance Service Center Response

They did the work fine but the technician was absolutely horrible person. If fixing the washing machine wasn't so urgent we would have kicked them out. ****** had the gall to tell my wife to stop working in the next room and leave because he doesn't like someone overseeing his work. Buoyed by BBB's high ratings for AAA Appliance, I trusted this company to fix my fridge and even paid them $700 upfront. But after the replacement part repeatedly failed, AAA's technician declared my fridge non-repairable. In contradiction of the company's 12-month warranty cited on their website, he said my $700 was non-refundable and there was no lemon law policy. He told me to buy a new fridge. As a 70 yr. old widow, I feel betrayed and exploited. On 5/4/2023, I asked the technician to have one of his two supervisors contact me, but they never did. On 6/14/2023, I wrote a letter to the owner, but he never responded either. I deserve a fair and equitable resolution, but company representatives will not respond. I trusted BBB's rating and thought AAA would make quality repairs. Would you want your widowed mother or grandmother victimized by a similar fraud?AAA Appliance Service Center Response

We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and clarify the events that transpired during the repair process.Based on our records and the details you provided, our technician, ****, visited your home on multiple occasions - 5/4/2023, 3/25/2023, 1/26/2023, and 1/9/2023 - at no charge under our 12-month warranty, which was in effect after your initial service in September 2022. **** diligently provided service to address the issues you were facing, but unfortunately, it became evident that there was an underlying problem that was not repairable, and this was not due to any fault on your part or ours.We must emphasize that we always strive to uphold our 12-month warranty on repairs, and **** demonstrated this commitment by making multiple visits to resolve the issue without any additional cost to you. Only after exhausting all repair options, and as a result of your service in September 2022, did ******* agree to provide a concession for you.We also want to address the concern about your letter not receiving a response. Our records indicate that we never received your mailed letter, and management was not made aware of your situation until your message on BBB on 7/20/2023. Beginning to end, everything was first rate. The office communicates promptly, accurately. **************, ****, was stellar. Solved the problem, was extemely helpful, showing me tips on care and cleaning our Dacor cooktop and downdraft. We had several options, he recommended what ended up being the most economical, that did not compromise on the qualty of the solution. 10 minutes after he left, I noticed something that I thought might be a separate issue, called the office and they got him back promptly. Turned out to be a simple thing that we worked out right away. He could not have been more helpful, a real professional.It's not very often you can find this kind of service just from calling the manufacturer for a list of qualified service providers, without a personal recommendation fron someone who has actually used them, but this outfit is absolutely first class. You can bet that I will recommmend them to anybody I hear of that needs this kind of help. We feel very fortunate that we found them.AAA Appliance Service Center Response
