            Lakeview came out to service my Freezer and range. service all was about $230. The service tech wasn't knowledgeable. He said my condenser needed to be cleaned. He left a lot of dirt in the unit. He informed me it would cost around $1900 to repair and replace the Compressor. I did not believe him, so I asked if they would send a senior tech. A few weeks later the tech came back with his trainer. They determined that I only needed an override relay part. They had a generic one that they installed & would order the other part. I waited 4 months for the parts to come in for them to come back out to back the correct repairs. Just prior to the new service call the freezer failed. All food was destroyed. The trainer came out & said I need Compressor and it would cost $2500. I called his supervisor, who told me that they had overlooked dirt clogging the condenser which caused the compressor failure. I believe they are responsible for the damage & should cover the new costs.

            Ordered replacement k*** for oven. They charged me over $100 for the k*** but they assured me it was exact match. When it arrived it was not. They wanted to charge me a 25% restocking fee and I would have to pay for the return. When I spoke to the manager it told me I was crazy and they hung up on me.There are other suppliers out there, check them out before you waste your time and money here.
