The last thing you want to do is rent in this complex. They lure you in by making you think its affordable & nice, but then the switch happens. At the end, you realize that your safety is more important. You cant enjoy a regular day, because one way or another someone will come at you. Going to the mailbox can be scary. The hallways are littered with trash/reckless people/kids running all over the place. The outside doors are never locked, theres always a stick to prop them open, if the lock isn't broken. If you want to have a meal, brace yourself for the stampede of kids running down the hallway. ABSOULOUTELY FILTHY! There is litter everywhere, hallways/laundry rooms/common areas/outside. If you try to do laundry, its mindboggling. How can you wash your laundry when the washers/dryers/sinks/counters/floors are dirty? We started to clean the washers/dryers before use, until no longer possible due to grass/clumps of dirt/needles found in the washers/dryers. There's graffiti & paint peeling from the walls. There are constant complaints about leeks/mold. They state that mold is naturally occurring in the lease. If you try scrubbing the shower/tub clean, surprise the paint comes off to reveal black mold.The worst is the management. They're only good at lying to your face & behind your back. Instead of calling you for questions, they love to hand out eviction notices for no reason, just for you to call them or go to the office (if the office is even opened). Then they enjoy smiling at you & saying I was trying to reach you. It's insane that they get away with it. It was shocking to give them a 30-Day Notice of Vacating, only to be sent a DocuSign to sign the unsigned lease. After contacting them about the mix up, we were informed that they needed us to sign the lease again because they LOST the lease. They even threaten us with a 5-Day Eviction Notice if we didnt sign or produce a copy to them. This was completely messed up. For your own sanity, stay away.
