Do NOT! I repeat Do NOT rent from this complex. The management lie about informing you as to contacting you. Missed a rent payment due to medical and they said they informed me of eviction. Never heard a word or saw notice. Then one day I received a knock on my door and was served eviction papers. At this time i was able to pay my past due rent and they stopped the eviction and i had to pat 935 dollars lawyer fees which could have been avoided if these people ran things correctly. After this i was late paying my rent the next three months because the property manager would always lock my account and make it so i was unable to pay on time. The parking situation is horrible. They give you a spot a block away when theres spots a hundred feet away. I see people from one side of the complex walking all the way across to there vehicle. No order there. No exhaust hoods over ranges. Fire alarms constantly going off because of cooking smoke. *************** said they refuse to cooperate. Laundry is disgusting and 6 machines in my building and never more than 2-3 working at any one time. Spend 2 days a week just to get your laundry done. Maintenance are thieves. Never informed they are coming in. Week before i moved they ransacked my unit stealing my daybed and custom ***** knives collection and all my cleaning supplies plus they crapped in the toilet and left it. I have repeatedly tried to contact management with no luck getting a response back. I now live 3 hours away so its not like i can go in the offices and talk to them. They knew exactly what they were doing. Do whatever they want because they knew id be to far away starting a new job with no time to pursue justice. ********************* properties are the worst run ever!
