The problem began back on April 21,2023 when a contract was signed for a Roof tune up and also to repair a leak that was causing water spotting of the kitchen ceiling.There has been numerous contacts with the Company concerning the issues. On My 4,2023 **** a project manager was here with a crew to repair the roof but really did not know for sure where the leak was. What they repaired was only there assumption of where they thought the leak was. It was not there at that location and there was more water damage noted on the kitchen ceiling after a heavy wind and rain storm around June 2,2023.The leak was never really discovered until June 15,2023 by use of an infrared camera, **** and **** were here that day. Up until that point they really did not know where the leak was nor did they make an honest attempt to find it. I had a meeting with the Owner *********************** on June 20,2023 at my home to discuss to discuss the problem and *************** assured me that he would correct the situation and fix the roof. I have been waiting since then to either have the roof repaired or to refund my $895.00. All I get in response to my messages is next week.Thank You for your help in this matter.*****************************
