            5/15/2021/ Plumbing I spoke to someone on the phone described the issue that I was experiencing, they said they would send someone out to fix the problem. Before the employee (Travis) even got out of his truck he immediately started saying that we should call a septic tank company. (No one gave us this information over the phone). He wasn't even going to look around, but after being asked went to the backyard. He did not do ANYTHING, he told us to call a septic tank company and demanded the "emergency fee" payment of $190.00.. When I spoke to the plumbing company originally they said the 190.00 was for an "estimate", it was not made clear that it was 190.00 to just come out. I have tried reaching out to the company to resolve this and nothing has been handled. I feel that I was taken advantage of because I'm a female and a new homeowner and therefore not very knowledgeable about household repairs. I feel that a travel fee for coming out would have been appropriate but not 200

            I had them come out to fix a leak in a rental I have in ********** They showed up the same day and replaced the leaking pipe quickly and checked for any other potential problems. They were very professional and reasonably priced. I will use them for any future issues I have.
