            Terrible business, and the owner ***** is very unprofessional. I described to her the items needed to be moved, she gave me an estimate, when I called back to confirm later, she gave me a different, higher estimate, and when she arrived the day of the move she said I needed an additional person to move everything in the 2 hour time frame. All was moved in 75 minutes, I paid her for 2 hours plus and additional cost for the third person, and then she demanded a higher tip which she got into an argument with me about right outside the storage unit. I was actually shocked at her behavior. Also, no blankets were used to cover any of my furniture, there's a rip in my box spring and couple of bags were ripped. Terrible business, stay away.

            *****, I urge you to reconsider your review. I can assure you that nothing was damaged during your move. Your items were wrapped with shrink wrap for their protection, as I had explained beforehand. Furthermore, we added a third person on moving day to ensure a quick and efficient process, keeping you within your time and budget constraints. Your experience was not accurately portrayed in your review.
