    I paid for 2 massages from Zen Massage for 2 hours each for $307. I paid a deposit of $143.94 on 3/13/22, and then paid the remaining amount of $204.93 the day of the appointment paid on 3/18/22. The therapist only gave a 1 hour massage and did not explain why. I asked the front desk after the massage ended, and she explained that the therapist was confused and only gave a 1 hour massage, and the business owner will contact me for a refund. The owner will not contact me now and I have not been able to receive a refund.

    I am writing a review of the ***** behavior I endured after being a customer for 5+ yrs. I have video footage of this incident & never had an issue until now. 2 months ago, you cancelled while I was on my way. No apology/reschedule. I tried several times to reschedule, but was told they wouldnt know her availability until the Thurs before each wkend. Each time I called, they told me she was full and failed to add me to a waitlist/have the mgr call me. This went on for 1.5 months. The final call I was put on hold & hung up on. I stopped by the next day & told the lady at the front desk whats been going & asked to speak to a mgr. She told me no mgr was there but she would take my info & dismissed me. I told her that I wasnt okay with that resolution& wanted to know if she could pull up my acct to see if there was a reason that I was unaware of & immediately she responded to me saying she was going to call the cops, I was making her uncomfortable, and she didnt feel safe. She told me to leave & threatened me when all I was doing was asking why I was having so much trouble rescheduling.I video taped her to protect myself.I continued to ask her calmly to please explain why am I being threatened when all I did was ask a ? as a patron of 5 yrs. ***** told me to leave HER establishment turns out she was the owner! Each time another customer (all white women) came in, she treated them with the utmost respect, giggling but for some reason my presence made her uncomfortable? She could never tell me what I did. She looked over top of my head & asked the woman in back of me if she needed help. I was invincible. It was degrading & presumably discriminatory to service every white woman there &call the police on the black woman for no reason. 3 police arrived 1 hr later. (They didnt bother taking my name as her call was unwarranted). The 1 star reviews on their page match what Im saying on how this owner lies and bans customers if they complain about their service.

    ********************* is not her name. It is *********************************. The owner told her that she could no longer receive massages from Zen because she had a history of being disrespectful to the massage therapists and front desk staff, and we would no longer tolerate that behavior. The massage therapists told the owners that they no longer wanted to work on her. She showed up the next day and was rude to the front desk person and the clients in the waiting room. She was asked to leave many times, but wouldn't. 2 massage therapists stood at the front desk to help the front desk person, because ******** was calling her names and harrassing her. The police were called because she refused to leave and was disrupting the business. Several clients even tried to calm her down. The front desk person was crying and scared because of ********'s name calling and refusing to leave. The police had to ****** her off the property and she is no longer allowed back or she will be arrested. Police Report # *********
