    I dont usually write reviews - but this was a terrible experience from start to finish. I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone for their cabinet needs. In a nutshellThere were issues with measuring requiring multiple redos and subpar workmanship, and attempts to install patched door fronts with the expectation that no one would notice. This resulted in prolongation (6 months) of a very small project and wasted time. The above was tolerated to a degree, however, after repeated mishaps as anyone would - I became less forgiving and was told that I was the one who was difficult and I was lucky they completed the job. When asked for reduction in cost due to company errors - owner offered a meager discount. Several weeks later when project was complete and final bill due - owner of company stated that they were happy to give the discount only if I would sign a non-disclosure agreement which had never been discussed/disclosed previously. Requests to speak to company owners legal counsel were denied. Additionally, I was told that if I wrote a negative review to choose my words carefully as it could result in legal retribution. I am writing this simply to warn others to be mindful if you choose to do business with this company.

    I'm sorry ****************** had a bad experience. We tried everything within our power to get her happy. We addressed all of her complaints, no matter how minor they were and finished the job to a high standard, though I'm sure she'll never admit to that. All she wanted to do was disparage my team and complain. As the owner, I went onsite to see what I could do to make her happy. She had created such an uncomfortable environment that noone in our installation teams wanted to work at her home....but they did. ****************** is mistaken in that she didn't ask for a discount. During my visit, and her constant complaining, I asked if taking $500 off her final bill would make her happy. (that was about 10%). She said no and it had to be more. I told her that was all I could do. The next day, she agreed to the $500 but at billing time refused to sign an NDA. I explained to her that in the rare instances when we do this, we require an NDA to be signed to avoid the customer from taking the money, saying they are happy but then trashing us online. She asked to speak with "my legal team", like I have such a thing. I told her I was not going to spend money on my $300/hour attorney to answer questions about this simple document. If she needed legal advice, she should consult her own attorney. In the end, she threatened me with a bad review unless I took $1,000 off her bill. I wasn't inclined to give into such threats. The fact that she wouldn't sign an NDA leads me to believe that she would have taken the money and still posted a bad review. In the end, unfortunately, there really wasn't anything that could make her happy and to be honest, I don't think $1,000 would have even done that. It's a shame that some customers act this way.
