This company is a liar and a theif and he will take your money. We took my mom's ** up to Viet Trans on January 6, 2023 in ***********, ** located at **********************. He originally told us the power board had went out and he called on January 12, 2023 and said the ** was fixed and it would cost $244.00 to pick up the 55" Samsung **. The receipt states that he warranties his work for 60 days. We brought the ** home, mounted it on the wall and the ** worked for 5 minutes and cut off. We contacted Viet Trans the next business day which was Monday January 16, 2023 and he tried to tell me the fuses in my house was messed up. So when I got home from work, I took the ** back to his shop. He called me on Wednesday January 18, 2023 and told me the ** that I brought up there was not the one he originally fixed and the ** was full of cockroaches and I did not see any parts that he had replaced. He kept telling me that I was lying about not having the right **. I told him repeatedly that this was the ** that he charged me $244.00 to fix. I left Viet Trans mad and he called me the next day, telling me the modem ************* board was bad and that the c*** roaches is what tore up the **. I do not have roaches at my house never have and never will. I don't know if the roaches were from his shop. If he had originally fixed the ** like he said he did then he would have knew what was in the back of the **. He calls me on Friday January 20, 2023 and tells me that the ** is no good and he was going to throw it away. When asked about a refund he said that he was not refunding no money and the ** was going to be throwed in the trash. My son called him and he hung up on him. So we called the local cops and my son went to his house to retreive the **. He told the cop that the ** was his and we did not have not ** that we brought up there. We are out of $244.00, ** and $25.00 for a wall mount. When I took the ** on 01/16 he kept my receipt and would not give it back.
