On August 29th 2023 I went to Dental Works ********* and saw *****************************. I had a tooth repaired on a broken Partial, I was charged $115.70 for this tooth to be repaired. Once the insurance claim had been filed, I was only to have paid $93.06 - I was over charged $***** On September 11, 2023 I again went to Dental Works and saw ***************************** for a couple of fillings. I was charged $400 for the fillings and bite impressions. Once the insurance claim had been filed, I was only to have paid $119.90 - I was over charged $****** I was to have more dental work performed, but had been unable to reach ************** at this point. I had stopped into her office and called on more than one occasion with no return calls. I had an appointment on October 16th at 10am for more dental work and the office was closed, the doors were locked and I received a call at 1pm stating that the office was closed and I needed to reschedule. At this point, I have not been able to contact **************, she will not return calls and I have contacted Cigna *************************** because I keep getting bills for $975.85 for services I HAVE NOT received.Cigna Dental has found in my favor and I have letters I will be attaching where they have tried numerous times to contact the office with no avail to get calls returned either. On the first letter the case number is SR#********** date of service 8/29/23 overpayment of *****. The second letter case number is SR#********** date of service 9/11/23 overpayment of ****** for a total of $302.74 On the second visit to **************, when I was about to get the numbing injections, I stated in a joking manner, "I'm allergic to pain" to which she responded, "and I'm allergic to bullshit". So at this point, I really just want to be reimbursed the money I have been overcharged by a dentist that will not return calls to an insurance company, customer and has questionable ethics.Thank you,***************************
