Absolutely Horrible Experience If you are looking for a dealer that lies to you and has no respect for your time, look no further than Park Chevrolet Huntersville. In order to make the sale they will promise things that they wont follow through with.If you are unfortunate enough to purchase a vehicle from them, just pray it doesnt have any problems, because with problems, they will lie to you about taking care of the issues to make the sale and then not follow through.On top of all that the dealership is very shady and deceptive as a whole. They will cover up flaws and imperfections with their stickers, and then when the stickers are removed and the flaw is visible they act as if it was on the customer to notice the issue prior to purchasing the vehicle.Update as of- 2/21/2023:I have called and requested to speak with someone in customer care or a sales manager 3 separate times now, 2/15, 2/17, and today. Each time there has been no one available, so I leave my name and number and I am told that they would call me back shortly. I hope there is someone thats oversees all the Park dealerships that will see this, and hopefully responds or reaches out to me.These lies, lack of customer service, disrespect, and lack of accountability will cause this dealership to fail. At the bare minimum, follow through with what was said would we be done at time of purchase.I have also added the photos showing where the dealership deceitfully put an informational sticker to cover up where there is a crack/ chip is.On top of all that it baffles me that I was treated as an idiot for thinking that is something that they would take care of, even though when the sticker was removed and then the crack was visible, I immediately contacted my sales person. He said to bring it in and it would be taken care of. Upon arriving to the dealership I was disrespected by a number of people from the sales team. One person in pain that is from the West Coast.
