    On December 11, 2021, I entered into an agreement with Lee's Boat & RV Storage to lease space #404 to store my Airstream travel trailer. While attempting to move in three days later, December 14, 2021, and upon navigating 400 yards into Lee's storage lot with less than 100 feet to go, I encountered a tree trimming crew and equipment blocking safe passage. One of the crew members quickly removed an orange cone and motioned me to proceed forward. While carefully proceeding around the parked vehicle to my right, I collided with a "low boy" trailer to my left. The resulting impact tore a three foot gash in two aluminum panels on my trailer and resulted in damages that exceeded $10,000. ****** ******, Lee's owner, came by and spoke with me. He said he felt partly responsible for the accident. In the four months since, he has been evasive (not returning calls, etc.) and left me on my own to get my trailer repaired. My insurance paid all costs except for a $500 deductible. This accident would not have happened had Lee's told me I would not have access to space #404 in the days immediately following our lease's execution. They failed in their duties to provide clear access or notify of right of way closures, close areas and post detours, provide revised maps, etc. My damages were $500 plus loss of use of my trailer for four months. My insurance may seek subrogation for the cost of repairs.

    ***** in this office is beyond Disrespectful. Discrimination because my mothers second language is English. Was yelling at my mother on the phone when she put her on speaker. I am contacting my lawyer after recording the last call she had with my mother. You cant talk to people like that and hung up on a customer who was trying to pay over the phone. Im leaving a ******* yelp review and any other way i can reveal this ***** horrible customers service and my lawyer will be contacting your business soon.
