Moved with EE ward from Cleveland to Columbus and had a great experience! They were so careful with all of my things and made moving simple for me and my husband. Everything was very quick and smooth. This is my third time moving with them! Would recommend moving with them.

Had a great experience moving from Cleveland to Columbus. They took such great care of our stuff and everything was moved without any issue. Very professional as well and the movers went above and beyond. This is our third time moving with them and everytime has been great! We have had several disappointing and stressful moves in the last two decades, so we could not have anticipated the amazing service we received fro **** and his crew completely won our hearts and our gratitude, and made us realize what we had been missing. They arrived on time, were courteous--and even joyful!-- and just being with them made the chaos of moving more fun and life giving. Both in the moving out of the former dwelling and moving into the new one, the entire process took FAR less time than we were expecting. They wrapped every piece of our furniture with meticulous care and we watched with amazement as they gathered our garage into a "speed box." Stairs in both places did not seem an obstacle. We honestly felt sad to let them go at the end of both moving days, as they had graciously and efficiently made our lives so much better. We are deeply humbled by the level of service we received, and it seemed obvious that **** had brought in a crew that was both motivated and talented, but also that they respected and followed his leadership. This organization has figured it all out. It starts with hiring the right people who understand and enjoy their jobs. Their attitudes are key, and affect everything they do. This comes from the top down. They were thorough, efficient, prompt, careful, and kind. Everyone does his/her job…very well. I wish I had used them in earlier moving nightmares. I am overjoyed with *************! Everything about them was superb!!! From the initial visit to see what items I had to pack and move, to free carons (!) to the amazing move coordinator who answered all my paranoid questions to the amazing team that carefully packed, wrapped and loaded all of my belongings. Everyone without question was polite, prepared and also had a sense of humor - smiles and gentle laughter go a long way in easing a stressful situation. We selected ******************* from a list of recommended movers from our new landlord and couldnt have been more pleased that we did. Our first contact was with an extremely knowledgeable estimator for the cost of the move who was very helpful to our deciding the scope of our work for the move.The ******************* Team of 5 movers were as well organized as any team of men with whom we have ever had experience. They were friendly, efficient, and most helpful to us. They packed us on day one and made a delivery to a second address. On day two they moved the packed contents of our home into the van and moved the contents of the van into our new apartment on the 4th floor of a new building. They communicated well with us and between each other. We understand that at least one and maybe more of the crew had been with ******************* more than 20 years, which we believe speaks highly of *********************** commitment to their employees and their employee's commitment to their customers.We commend the firm unequivocally to anyone considering them for a move.E.E. It felt like my house was being ransacked! This is the worst moving company. They broke my treadmill, we had several boxes marked fragile that were upside down and crushed, scratched furniture etc. Our newly refinished hardwoods were damaged. We cannot unpack most of our belongings for several months. They threw things in boxes that werent marked. I couldnt find anything. I wont even know the real extent of the damage for months to come. I went with this company because of the reviews on this BBB website. Now as I write this review, it says that negative reviews do not reflect in the companies overall rating. Save your money. They had every opportunity to make their wrong right after admitting they didnt do a good job. I wish that I could include the photos and video on this site. I moved 15 miles and there was so much damage. I have moved across several states and never had a scratch on anything. This company is terrible.E.E. Ward Moving & Storage Response
