Purchased 2008 Mazda CX9 grey on 1/1/22 and test drove it. they claimed there was nothing wrong with it. Said nothing wrong with car.
Showed the Car Fax, did not show any accidents.
I took it to have rotors done on 1.11.22 at a car lot in Berea, Ohio 44017. They told me karon bushing needed replaced.
I took it from there to Mazda who agreed I needed a karon bushing, a transfer case, a surfacing belt, shocks and struts, adn teh clips are missing form the gear shift so I need a new transmission.
The door is not locked (it was superglued).
I purchased extended warranty from him through ASC Warranty, but hardly anything was covered.
I paid $5800 for the car and $200 for the warranty.
It has been in the shop most of the time since purchased.
I have never seen or signed an "As Is" document.
I talked to **** abut the issues the car was having. He said he would not refund my money, or help with repairs. He said there was nothing he could do.
