              HELLO BBB I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO NOTIFY THIS RENTAL COMPANY THAT WE WERE VACATING BUT NO ONE HAS RETURNED CALL ITS BEEN 4 CALLS LEFT THEY HAVE NO ONE IN THE RENTAL OFFICE AT MOON GLOW APTS MOST OF THE TIME- HAD I KNOWN THEY WERE SO UNPROFESSIONAL WOULD HAVE NOT LEASED WITH THEM. HOWEVER AM MONTH TO MONTH NOW BUT BEEN TRYING TO ADDRESS WITH SOMEONE MY MOVE OUT AND SIGN THE MOVE OUT DOC BEFORE NEXT BILLING DATE DUE ? NO RETURN CALL OR EMAIL TO ADDRESS MY CONCERN. I CANNOT PAY FOR ANOTHER MONTH WHEN I HAVE VACATED UNIT AND MADE EVERY EFFORT TO GET SOMEONE TO REPLY ! ***** ****** *** **** ** *** *  JUST NEED SOMEONE IN AUTHORITY NOT MESSAGE CENTER TO SCHEDULE A TIME FOR ME TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE THANK YOU
