Hello, I am reaching out because I placed an order for $475 worth of product. The product was shipped in three separate packages, the majority of items in package *************** shipping through OnTrac-Lasership. This package says it was delivered Sept 2 to my “Lobby/Reception” but my building does NOT have a lobby or reception and is a standalone building. The other packages in my order were successfully delivered to my building with photo confirmation showing that there is no lobby or reception for my building. I was home all day and can confirm no delivery person came to my door. This was also on Labor Day, which is a federal holiday, so I find it hard to believe that OnTrac was delivering packages when no one else was. I also have a Ring camera that does NOT show any deliveries around this time and no suspicious people who might have stolen a package (because there was no package delivered). Abercrombie Customer Service is refusing a refund and will not provide further explanation as to why. The only other time I ordered from them, they also lost my package and sent a reshipment immediately. I suspect they are not offering me a refund now because this happened to me again, but they continue to use OnTrac’s terrible delivery services to ship packages to the wrong addresses! Why is this the customers fault? I don’t know how else to prove that the packaged was not delivered. At this point, Abercrombie is stealing from their customers and providing horrible service in return. I will NEVER be ordering again from this company. I did not receive the product that I ordered. I need my money back!
