Id rate 0 stars if possible. ***** and ***** seemed like very great people when we first contacted them. They showed us a great looking unit on Chaparral Rd in ********, ******** and we were very excited to lease with them. We then paid a deposit/pet fee and first months rent. After waiting a month to see the actual unit we finally got to walk the unit we would be moving into and were absolutely disgusted with what we seen. Cracks through the entire units ceilings, water damage in every room of the place, a broken toilet handle, duct tape on the appliances, rust on the entire inside of dishwasher, stove top grates chipped and worn down after stating there would be New Appliances the only positive is they had the carpets cleaned and there was still stains left behind. Shelves had peeling contact paper all over them. They left a previously used dresser from another tenant in the basement. The front door had missing paint. They waited until we switched over utilities, school districts, jobs, mailing address to show us the disgusting unit and then were offended once we called saying it was nothing they agreed to put us in. They did return the money but they did not once offer to fix things or to see another unit leaving us to go through a weeks long process of switching things back and also leaving us without jobs due to having jobs in a complete new area. I had to re-enroll my daughter into another school district after she was excited to start school at *******************. Overall a very terrible experience and a scam in my opinion. We were lied to and were excited to move our family into a new place to discover it was filthy and had many things wrong with it. I have an album of 50+ photos to show proof of the negligence with the unit we seen. They are not the people they portrayed and to do this to our family is absolutely awful. Watch out for LM properties of Ohio. & wait to see actual unit instead of their office unit, they are nothing like the one they show!

The people who wrote this scathing review were insinuating that they expected a 'new build' Their description of the condition of the townhouse is full of wild exaggerations and mistruths.After this barrage of attacks they then approached me about renting the property at a 24% reduction in price and this was probably their intention while discrediting my company.
