My vehicle was serviced there, I got 6 miles down the road and my front differential failed violently. It was towed back there where the owner said it was divine intervention, these things happen, its the carmakers responsibility at this point. They had the car for another day and continued to say they did everything right. They never told me what was wrong with my vehicle, would not examine it in my presence. Finally had it towed to ****** for $550 and they discovered the differential was drained but fluid was not replaced. He then denied working on the differential but said he would fix but was clear he was saying that because he thought if he.said that he was relieved of all responsibility. I later learned he would have put a used transmission in the car, even though we discussed a ****** remanufactured unit at the shop.I had ****** fix it because I could not trust them to do it right. He will not give me the name of his insurance provider. It has cost me more than $11,000 at this point. There is a BBB plaque on the wall but they are apparently not a member. They need to pay for my damages so I am restored to the point when I initially arrived at their shop. My desired resolution is for them to accept responsibility and pay for my expenses.
