In January 2022 I hired this company to install a septic tank on our new house that was being built. We made a partial payment of $5000.00 and the rest to be paid after the installation. I called the company and was told they will be installing the septic on the first of February 2023. Since then, there have been delays after delays. I have been calling, texting, and emailing them with always, we will be there next week! They never showed up even after our Home has been built! We were told by the builder, that they are going to add an additional 15% cost at our closing. This is because the septic has not been installed and it is holding up the closing process! I called, texted, and emailed the company letting them know of this. They said they would be out in March. No show! Called them again and now they said the first week of April. Still now show so we had to hire another company to do the job. This cost ** $12,000.00 and now an additional 15% when we close! After all this time, what happened to our deposit, we want it all back, refunded as soon as possible, as we have been telling them! It has been 2 weeks they told ** they will mail it to ** and yet nothing has happened! I still text, email, and call them with no response! I want all our $5000.00 back.
