They did my house in solar screens and even though it took longer than promised I don't have any complaints, however, my mother in law paid him $2500 down for a full back patio screen over a year ago and never came to do ANY work. She has since had to get someone else to install screens. After MULTIPLE calls he still refuses to refund her her money. Now we are fixing to have to go through the court system to get a refund. Just use a different company and actually get the work done and save yourself the hassle.

Giving a 1 because 0 isn't a choice. Installed several screens for me about 4 years ago and like is posted in other comments, I was constantly having to chase them and got every excuse in the book. Took forever. Looked great at first when finally installed so I added 1 more screen and paid a 50% deposit - haven't seen or heard from them since. Stole my deposit. Won't respond to come an fix a couple of issues with the existing screens. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Contracted with them almost a year ago. Still cannot open garage door unless we do it manually. Left numerous messages and got promises that they will fix it. Nothing. Highly disappointed and do not recommend.

We are soooooo happy with the results! Makes our house cooler and looks awesome! Also had our patio enclosed and this looks amazing as well!!

The salesperson was great, meet with me quickly went over everything and took half the payment the same day. I was informed it should take about four weeks cause they were busy. Four weeks later I have had no updates and I am not able to get in contact with anyone except through ******** messenger. Had to leave several messages through website phone number and messenger. Had someone call me back to say they would update me and no one did. It wasn't till almost 8 weeks later and consistency on my part with telling them I would like to take my business elsewhere. They promised they would come out. Finally get it done and they look great, but now my window is cracked right where they put a s**** hole and they will not address the issue. They have no communication skills and do not back up their mistakes. I am very disappointed in how they interact with their customers. They would never return my phone calls and only use ******** messenger to get with me. I never knew who responded and they never did anything to show they were sorry for not contacting me and for taking two months. And now they won't fix the window they broke. Save yourself and use someone who appreciates having you as a customer as well as rectify their errors or at least have the decency to call and apologize or offer a solution. A year later I am having my windows replaced and am told they are definitely cause from the s**** holes from the screen being too small. Still paradise does not resolve this issue or reimburse me.
