            InWest Retirement Solutions is the managing company for my previous employer. They have been very difficult to work with and have made numerous errors in processing a distribution of my retirement funds.I have called them 11 times in the last 2 months, 10 of which were from the past 3 weeks. They rarely return phone calls and the paperwork they sent me originally to distribute my funds had another employee's name and social security number on it.Half of my retirement funds failed to distribute properly when we submitted paperwork initially and they have not been able to correctly distribute the funds since the error occurred two and a half weeks ago.One of the staff members I spoke to was friendly and tried to be helpful, but still didn't correct the issue. Two others I have spoken to were not only impolite but also didn't seem to know what they were doing.I do not recommend that business owners choose this management company for their retirement plans. It has been a huge headache for me to try to rollover my retirement funds. This should have been simple and taken a couple of weeks to complete from start to finish.

            When it comes to assisting you or any plan participant with a distribution, InWest works in collaboration with the plan custodian of your former employer's workplace retirement plan. While most of the delays you experienced were at the plan custodian's end, we understand that delays are always frustrating and accept responsibility for your overall experience.

            Please know that we are taking your concerns seriously. We have had several conversations with the plan custodian regarding this matter, during which we communicated our shared frustrations.
