My overall experience has been wonderful. I've been a tenant for about 2 years with Liberty Management and theyve helped guide me through the whole process of renting my first home in *****. Whenever I had any issue with the home or had any questions *************************** was right there making sure that all situations big or small were taken care of in an effective and efficient manner. 10 out of 10.

I have had a good experience with Liberty thus far. I am knew to renting with Liberty but there staff that Ive dealt with has been very helpful and assisted with any question I may have had. This made my moving process smooth and painless.

DO NOT RENT... if Liberty Management is managing. I have rented houses now for 5 + years and have never had so much trouble getting things fixed or even at this point being overcharged for move out. I would wait days even more than a week to get issues fixed. Then they send out multiple "Handy persons" to get a job fixed to save money and not done **rrectly, causing mold to be affixed thru the ceiling into my kitchen. I also had to live with that mold for the last 3-4 months living there. The leasing office staff is sweet and nice but the property managers they have are not **urteous or great at customer service. The year I lived there I also was never able to utilize the swimming pool or amenities with the *** because they have not submitted a delegation of rights, the *** manager even tried getting ahold of them with no response. I've never had any trouble at my other rentals. Now at move out, they tried to charge me for things that were noted and then they found those took them off but came with extra upcharges for cleaning. I paid a cleaning person to clean and they posted pics of specs of a lil dust, Also a pic of the manual books of all their appliances that they left in the same order (not my trash).Ummm wheres the mold on the ceiling, the hole in the upstairs bathroom that was never fixed??? The rude customer service or delay of fixing items. Stay clear away if this management ** is their leasing go to!!

We currently are renting a home that is managed by Liberty Management. The agent over the property is ***************************. She is quick to respond to any email or service request via the management portal, and passes on our thanks to the landlord upon our request to let them know ************* for their property as if it was our own, and appreciate living in it. We greatly appreciate having a caring and attentive individual overseeing the property that we rent. Thank you, *****!

My family and I just rented a property managed by liberty. They were pretty quick to fix any issues we found in the house. So far no complaints.

Liberty Management has been managing our SA property for many years. The experience has been positive. Our property has been rented almost full time, with minimal interruptions between tenants. Patty has been very proactive to address issues or questions when they come up. Good company to work with.

Liberty Management Inc. has been caring for my property for at least 6 yrs. I am blessed to have such an awesome team caring for my property.

Liberty management in regards to property management comes off as a great company and asks for properties to be handed over in immaculant condition in reference to home owners looking to rent out property.The way it worked for me is that you work with what seems to be a couple (spouses) real estate agents whom do all the transaction at the begining, then it gets passed over to one of the property managers in my case some unprofessional guy by the name of *******, this is the point where the issues begin but never end.The guy never answers and when he returns calls if he ever does, comes off as if you're bothering him to do his work.Upon taking my property back I noticed dog damage i.e. chewing on wooden pickets on patio and cement fiber board to what he replied was normal wear and tear (really now?), trash in yard and other damage, really to much to list here; I have not even seen the inside yet, so I am terrified at this point.Among other things he states it is upon the homeowner to repair damage that any normal person can see is not wear/tear and I agree some things are definitly on owner (normal/real wear & tear), he is quick to point out that judges seem to take a tenants side and the list goes on.Make sure to check recent reviews, when you check, click on newest so you can see the most up to date information and see how Liberty is slowly but surely losing stars and you will see ******* mentioned in quite a few, most in a negative fasion.When I looked up Liberty a year ago they had 5 stars, now 4 1/2 and I think rating wil keep going down. In my opinion they are just in it for the money, which is fine, since after all it is a business. However, they must not forget who the customer is, we hired you all not the other way around.I recommend property owners to stay away from this business due to unethical business practices and them only caring of profit and not looking after customers, my opinion.
