            I have called and emailed the HOA numerous times only to never receive a call back or email back. In January I was told I was late on my dues but never received a bill and I overpaid from 2020 so I had a credit balance on my account. Then they said I was late so gave me a late fee. I email pictures saying gates are being opened and closed by folks who aren’t supposed to be doing that and no response. This company is horrible at managing what they are supposed to manage and what they are being paid for. I also demanded once that ******, the head of the office, tell me who she reported to and she refused to do so. Refused. I have a right to know who owns this company and who signs for paychecks because she’s not doing her job neither is anybody else.

            Abysmal! Your problems will not end even if you terminate your contract with them because they will not forward documents to the new management company.

            This is a blatantly false statement. The community elected to change Management Companies, and the new company continued to ask our office to perform tasks that would be their responsibility. All documents have been transitioned over in accordance with the law. All emails were returned, and multiple phone calls to clarify and confirm information were made. In an effort for continued resolution, if any person still believes they are missing any files, please contact us. But any records that were in our possession have been provided to the new company.
