            Critical: Professionalism, Responsiveness If I could rate this company zero stars I would. I have been waiting on a quote for weeks. They do not reply to emails and they argue with you when you call them to inquire about being double-billed. I cannot express my dissatisfaction enough about their lack of professionalism. Would not recommend to anyone for anything. I got a quote from a 2nd company for hundreds less than what I have already paid to this company. Oh, and they demanded payment of their first repair before they would give me a quote for another repair. A quote mind you that I am still waiting on.

            ***** ******Reviews good or bad are an opportunity for a company to shine or an opportunity to evaluate and make changes if needed. This review is neither. I can follow up only with facts: 1. This house is very old with very old plumbing. Right after the ice storm, we were very prompt in getting to the location to help fix a broken pipe which we did. 2. As with old piping, when you fix one leak and the water is turned back on and the pipe is pressurized another leak may happen as it did in this case. When this happens, you can chase leaks and fix them individually or do a whole house re-pipe. When we left the job, the water to the house was restored and working. 3. We fixed both leaks and billed appropriately. We sent 2 invoices for 2 leaks. They were not double billed. 4. We were informed by the treasurer of the business located in the building that they were run by volunteers and had relied on donations and did not have the money to pay. They also asked us for a payment plan which we said we could do. That is in an email. 5. The estimate requested was for the re-pipe. Since we were told they didn't have the funds, we thought they would need time to decide how to proceed. We did not provide the estimate at the time because our priority was focused on helping those customers without water or no hot water after the freeze. 6. When we received a call about the estimate we informed the party we were still waiting on payment. 7. I would love to attach the recorded call so anyone interested could hear which party was rude and unprofessional. I am very proud of our CSR who kept her cool and politeness during the call where she was just trying to listen and explain the facts to the caller.
