First, let me say that the Ladies in the office (Bri and Kristine) I spoke with are very professional and very nice. They took my daily calls and my frustrated voice and were always very nice to me. Any company would be so lucky to have them.... I can NOT say the same for their Operations manager Hank.... This started back in the beginning of March 2021, the work was just finished yesterday May 18th 2021, well...except for the restoration is not complete, I will have to deal with another company for that. Hank constantly lied to me... He would say he would call me back and he wouldn't. He said he would show up at certain day/time and he wouldn't. He switched to saying things would happen on a certain week and it didn't. I coordinated work between Him and the city so there would be no sewer outage. This work was coordinated a week in advance.....the city said as soon as they cut into the line there would be no usage until the line was connected from the house to the city line... I told Hank they could lay the line before the city did this and connect the day of or do all the work the day of... He DID NOT show up for 2 days after he said he would... mean while we had no sewer connection... And this is work we planned out to insure this sewer outage would NOT happen..... For the restoration work, Hank told me he was not authorized by the home warranty company to do the work. So I asked, if I call them and get them to authorize it, will you do the work? Hank said he would... I got authorization but when the warranty company called him, he said they did not do restoration... Now, I'm off to find another company to do this... I can't begin to describe how I feel about people and companies that continuously lie, don't show up, and then blame others for their short fallings. To be honest, I am very surprised this company is still in business. Reading some of the comments about this company on here (and Hank), sounds like it wasn't the first time this no communication has happened... and probably won't be the last. If you value simple communication and accountability, DO NOT USE this company. Save yourself the stress and hire someone else.
