M Carroll Blacktop Service came to do a driveway at my home. They brought asphalt that was removed from a highway job done here in my town. It was literally chunks of asphalt the size of softballs and broken parts of the yellow dots that are in the roads. Now my front yard looks like a black gravel pit. Absolutely no compaction. The good thing out of all of this is I sued and won in small claims. The bad; they didn't honor the court! I went through their bonding company and they gave me part of my money and now I'm going through the contractors board for the remainder of my money. Please go about it that way if you have had work poorly done by this company. They are motivated by greed and will definitely take advantage of anyone given the opportunity. They have no respect for themselves nor the law. They need their license revoked, (in my opinion) and the consumer needs better protection from people like them. It took me a year to get part of my money and I am currently waiting for an answer from the contractors board. Thanks for reading.
