On 2-10-22, I initiated contact with Henry Resources to transfer ownership for royalty payments. Today, on 6-15-22 this has not been resolved since Henry Resources only offers email as a sole form of communication with no phone number or Owner Relations information made available. Emails are never signed with a name to identify contact person or inform of who has responded to emails. Their email policy is to respond to any email within ***** days for any response, including ongoing communication for one, and the same, matter (this means to any statement, question or need about an ongoing matter). I assume this means ***** business days, as my last email dated 5-22-22 has not received a response. This equates to up to 8 weeks for an email response in an ongoing conversation (one sentence/question/need requires 8 weeks to answer). The company directs owners to consult with an attorney as a standard response rather than outlining their company requirements for transferring ownership. I have completed changes of ownership with numerous ********* companies within less than a week and without needing to consult an attorney. Now 4 months into the process with Henry Resources, I have exchanged 11 emails averaging 1-2 sentences with little help or cooperation from the business. I need this owner transfer completed for estate purposes and fear this will continue for another several months, if not longer at this pace due to lack of communication of the company's requirements and lack of direct contact person to correspond with via email or phone. This has become unacceptable and presents as a disregard of the owner needs and poor company management. I have no other way to reach out to the company except via email at ****************************************** Therefore, at this stage, I do not know of another option allowing to address this matter.
