    The companys name is **** in ******* **. Address is *************************************************************************. The complaint is against a provider by the name of ******. She has constantly been very rude towards us which that we can handle but the biggest issue is that we have premature twins both are my nieces that we care for and they are in need of oxygen to help them breathe. When we have talk to her she always has this unnecessary attitude towards us asking for asking for tank replacement. The straw that broke the camels back was when she told my wife on Friday 5.19.23 that we were going to get re supplied. Well needless to say we have not have had any replacements to this date of Thursday 5.25.23. Each baby needs 3 tanks we are down to 3 left. When my wife reached out to ****** today she screamed and hanged up on my wife just for asking what was going on. Before ****** hunged up she told my wife if we dont like the service we can find another provider and that she was going to call her manger not to re supply us. ****** then called back and said that she had talked to her manager ***** and that ***** too agreed for us to find on other provider. ***** has not called us to say what was going on we have not had any attention whatsoever to get this issue resolved. ****** is our nieces social worker from ******* childrens hospital and she too has had problems with ****** but I wont speak for her. I hope this issues are fixed I have a hard time believing we have been the only ones that have had an issue with ******. I just want our oxygen tanks re supplied until we file with the insurance company and get another provider. I hope theres recordings of these conversations from ****. My wife has talked to the main office in *********** and they have helped in the past but then the ******* team keeps dropping the ball. Our frustration is at its limit just because the oxygen are for our baby nieces. I appreciate anyones attention on this. Thank you,
