**** by Hilton ***************************************************************************** I reserved 2 nights on July 12-July 14, the same day I checked and noticed the tub was not draining. I had shower water above half on the tub. The shower water was not draining at all. in the morning I went to the front desk to report the finding around 9am to report the tub drainage issues to have housekeeping clean my room and bring more towels. She told me they would a maintenance in my room. I returned room around 5:30 pm to find out my room nothing was done as requested. Immediately, I called to ask way was the tub, towels, and housekeeping were not in my room. The front desk lady immediately apologized and did not understand why it was done. But she will have a maintenance person over immediately. She called back to tell me the maintenance personnel was gone for the day. I had two options she could have it fixed or offer me to move to another room. At the time it was not feasible for me to move to another room since I had a dinner party at 6pm and it was already 5:30 pm. I was not able to take a shower since the shower tub was a half-way of dirty water. Front desk proceeded to advise she would take care of it by the time I got back. I arrived around 9pm the same night after my dinner party, to come to the room still not clean, with no clean towel and the same issue with the tub drainage. I'm exhausted after driving for 5 hours from ******, attending to my event I wanted to come and take a shower and sleep. Im so disappointed the front desk lady offered another room which I agreed to. This would have been avoided if the front desk young lady had taken care of this dilemma when it was reported in the morning. In addition, if the housekeeping had cleaned the tub after the previous guest left she would have noticed the drainage issue and reported leaving me to believe the tub was not clean before the other guest and before my stay.
