            I purchase my house in October of 2021. There were discrepancies throughout the house. *********************** signed an amendment stating all items would be fixed. On January 4, 2022, I made contact with ****, ****** Construction Superintendent, to ask about the status of my repairs. **** Stated, "No I don't but happy to check. Hope you had a great Christmas and new year". **** did not respond back with an update. I reached out to **** on February 7, 2022, requesting an update. He stated he would get with the builder(***********************) for an update. In March 2022 my realtor *********************** sent a certified letter to *********************** requesting all repairs be completed. April 2022 ******************************* my aunt made contact via phone with ***********************. ***************** Stated to my aunt that she had no clue that the repairs had not been completed and would have them taken care of as soon as possible. To this date 24 June 2022 still no repairs or contact from ***** has been made. I have ******* dollars home with blue painter tape posted over half the home due to non-repairs.

            My home was built by Bentina Homes. They did not have a project supervisor or *******, so each independent contractor operated independently without any oversight or guidance. This is how I had many mistakes in the home. Several were corrected after the purchase but not all and now it is my responsibility to deal with the disfunction and shoddy craftsmanship or labor that was done hastily.
