PREDITORY COMPANYLate night while in having back pain, I ordered from HBI. HUGE mistake!! I received the initial shipment of bottles (I ordered several bottles as it seemed to most cost effect) , only to find I was receiving monthly charges for a newsletter as well as an additional bottle. After contacting customer service, unless unchecked which she admitted was buried in the agreement, these charges would occur. Unbelievable!! Buyer beware!!Besides the sneaky business practice, the product made absolutely no difference in my back pain.Can not recommend this company. My only recommendation to run away FAST.Review from Kerri D

Though the products didn't seem to reduce my pain, and caused constipation, I was quite impressed in the ease and responsiveness to both cancelling my subscriptions online, as well as request and receive a full refund of my purchase in less than 24 hours. Try the product! It may work for you! And if it doesn't, in my experience, they stand behind their guarantee, no tricks or gimmicks.Review from Anthea M

Scam! Originally paid for shipping to receive the Heal and Soothe for Back Pain. I told the. I wanted to cancel and they said it was too late they were sending the second bottle For *****. I said fine but I want to cancel after that. Tonight I saw a change for ***** from the Healthy Back Institute. I never authorized anything to this company! They are fraudulently using my account for their companys gain by charging from Either the parent or subsidiary company! I will be filling a company with my bank. This is terrible business. I received an email that says, Buy 3, Get one free! Only $36.75 a bottle. When one goes to the website, they are charging $49.67 for the bottles, the *********** $147. I called to have them place the order for $110 as advertised. The employee said they get calls all the time. They will not honor the advertised price, but are trained to explain the value of the bottles is $36.75 each, so you need to pay for 4. I asked to talk to a supervisor, and she said it won't make a difference, that the company tells them to charge the full price despite all the calls trying to get the advertised price. This is a years long known issue. They are intentional about misleading and hoping when you place the order, you do not do the math.Review from Collin D

They advertised a free product and worded the offer in a confusing and very calculated way to make it sound good. Then the website goes through 7 to 10 screens that make an accidental click to charge your card very easy. It's absolutely predatory and nowhere near an act of good faith. I cancelled the automatic subscription but they won't refund the money for the bottle they chose to send until I send it back. This is as close to illegal as it can be so far as I can tell. Taking advantage of desperate people who have so little is one of the lowest, most offensive, unethical things I've ever seen. Absolutely a predatory scam.Review from Elizabeth W

SCAM. FALSE ADVERTISING! Do not buy this product. I tried this ************* for several months following the directions closely and I also made my diet very healthy and low gluten. I already had a healthy diet before even starting to use the product. This product did nothing, I had no reduction in back pain and no reduction in joint pain nor knee pain nor any pain in my body . I had ****************** non mainstream medicine professional doctor evaluate the ingredients of this product vs. what this company says the product will do to heal back and joint pain and my doctor said the ingredients in this product are scientifically not going to do what the ************* company owners falsely claim it will do.
