            I called them to install a new door. They charged me $40 dollars to take measurements and then said they will follow up and let me know how much it would be to install a new door. They came and measured the door but did not call me back about installing the door. They did not send me information about the measurement nor did they call as to how much it would be to install the door. I called and left messages and no response. I asked for my money back because I had to pay someone else to measure the door and install a new door. I'm asking for a refund $40 because they did not give me the measurement of the door or let me know about installing the door which was the purpose of the fee that I paid for.

            I had a terrible experience with Ace Handyman Services (*****************************). I hired them to install two ** detectors, replace a burned-out bulb, fix a toilet seat, and caulk a meter-long area. When they finished, I discovered they hadn't installed the ** detectors at all. To make matters worse, they charged me $1,045. When I questioned why their fee was double or even triple that of other companies, they explained that they would need to come back a second time to install the ** detector. I pointed out that forgetting to install a top-priority item was their mistake, but they still charged me for the additional visit.

            Hello Sir, you left this review for the wrong office – AHS San Antonio was not involved with your service experience, and we’d ask again that you change your review to the correct office (AHS Northwest San Antonio) these two offices are separate organizations with separate staff and management teams that work hard to earn a stellar reputation for amazing service.
