      Horrible service. Sold me a $2500 kit after I provided my cart serial number, motor model number and my controller model number. THEY put the order together and I paid. After getting to the end of the installation, it seemed like an adapter was missing. I contacted them to find out that another $500 worth of parts were needed to complete the installation including an entire wiring harness that I would need to install. Then after dealing with customer service and waiting to see what they could do, I decided to return the kit. They informed me of a re-stocking fee that I would have to pay unless THEY determined it was their fault. Needless to say, they have yet to get back to me 2 weeks after this incident. Unethical to say the least. Stay away.

      I have been going round and round with this company over a warranty. I called in and was put on hold for a half hour and then called back to get attitude from the girl when she said the tech was on lunch. I got his email and got that situated then came the warranty. Be prepared that if you have to return for warranty that is they dont find anything wrong to their standards you have to pay to get it back after a week not having it. They will stop replying and you will go round and round with them. I talked with the manager and was told they could send more trouble shooting that was questions that should have been asked by the tech when I asked if he needed any more information. It was an unreasonable request. I got in contact with the vice president and he said that customer service was wrong about these questions. I was ignored for a whole week to confirm shipping address. Over all this has not been a pleasant experience and would not recommend this company to anyone. Very unethical expecting you to be without you charger when that is a way of transportation.

      I ordered a part and waited nearly a week only to get the wrong part. Contacted customer service and they requested a picture of the wrong part, which I sent. They then informed me they would send a return label. Then after it is back they would send the correct part within 3-5 days!! this is extremely poor customer service. Their mistake now became my problem. Never again and buyer beware.

      I ordered 2 interchangeable shift cables for my golf cart. They came on time and I took them to the person performing the service on my golf cart. Upon opening them, one cable was correct, the other was for a different model number. This happened on a Saturday & unfortunately Golf Cart King was closed for the weekend. We sent an email as well as pictures showing the mistake. Well, it's Monday morning and I followed up with a call. I was transferred to ******* in customer service. She was unable to find the email and stated it probably went to a spam folder. I had my wife resend the pictures. Again, she could not find them and had us send it to another email address. This time it came through. At this point the call turned. ******* informed me the picture looked like bubble wrap & black plastic. She became very rude and tried to get me off the phone. She said she had "other customers" and tried to hang up on me. We went back and forth over the single picture she was seeing (we sent two), continued to cut me off when I spoke and became increasingly rude and condescending. She then had us send everything to yet another email address, her own. I asked for a manager and she said there were none available to speak with. When she finally acknowledged the correct pictures, she said she would send the correct part out. I asked to have it overnighted as my cart is taken apart and they need the correct cable to complete the job. She then said there may be a charge to do so even though it was 100% their fault. In my entire life I've only left one negative review on a bbb page and this was by far my worst over the phone conversations I've had. I asked ******* if their calls were recorded. Luckily they are and hopefully Golf Cart King reviews the call and takes the appropriate actions for this terrible customer service. There are plenty of ways to make a living & employees like this give a great company like Golf Cart Kings a very bad name.

      UNETHICAL SELLER - BEWARE!They Sold me a golf cart/tire & lift kit combo on Walmart.com. First the cancelled my order, then raised the price by $100 and asked me to reorder at the higher price. Should have stopped there with that unethical behavior. Higher priced shipment arrived with counterfeit wheels that were supposed to be MADJAX rims instead I got cheap ***** rims with no lift kit. Contacted the company and they wanted an additional $300 for the lift kit that was already supposed to be part of the package. Returned the whole thing back to the scam artists, now they have not credited my card after 3 weeks. Have filed a dispute with CC company for that problem as well.
