VERY disappointed with them. ***** came to a higher-end vacant home that was about to be tenanted to give us an estimate. He was in a rather bad mood on arrival. He set up his ladder right inside the front door and climbed to the 2nd story atrium window to measure for a new glass window as the seal had worn away. Took his ladder down and out to his truck. I was outside in the garage when he exited the house and we discussed his findings outside. When he left, I went inside the house and was surprised to find a dented/scratch on the bottom interior of the front door that had just been restained 48 hours before his arrival. I immediately texted pictures to ***** and he wanted to come back. However, I had a new tenant arriving within minutes for his Move-in Walk-through and then I was leaving to catch a flight so I had no extra time at that point. I tried to call/text ***** several times and when I talked with her initially she was abrupt and unprofessional. ***** came back to look at it a week later and claimed he did not do it. The house was in pristine condition and ready for the new tenants. ***** was the only one in the house - bringing a ladder in the front door and setting it up right inside the front door to measure the window above the front door and took his ladder down and out through the front door. ***** was the only person in the house. A dented/scratch is what he left. They are absolving themselves from any responsibility, adamant they did not do it even though I sent pictures immediately after showing the damage.
