I NEVER leave reviews, but I'm making an exception. I can't say enough about how truly wonderful Rite-Way has been. *****, **** and ****** came in to save the day after another foundation company took thousands of dollars for materials and to start the job but then did two days of work and left us with two rooms of ripped out floors, making the home inhabitable, as it was open to the outside. Yes, open! This is a rural area so there were animals that could and would come and go freely. The job that Rite-Way took on was huge. They had to remove and replace the foundation and all subfloors in about 2000 sf of our vacation home. Their crew led by ****** had to remove and haul out truckloads of dirt as the previous "pier and beam" foundation was laying on the ground, so they had to create (DIG) a crawlspace to build a proper foundation. Once all of the old, rotting, inferior wood was removed and after they dug out space under the structure, they installed all new subfloors, added cement block "piers" and all the correct size beams and joists. They also added moisture barrier, vented the bottom and added drainage to divert water from under the house. They worked to solve existing problems and also brainstormed to put in safeguards so we might avoid future problems. We live 3.5 hours away so the guys would take pictures of the work as they made progress so we could see how things were moving along. We are now ALMOST to the finish line. The foundation is 100% complete and I have another contractor doing the floor coverings since Rite-Way doesn't do floor coverings. Once the coverings are installed, Rite-Way (**** and ******) are coming back to reinstall my toilets and sinks and they are even going to upgrade the  PVC drains to a higher grade so we can drive over without issue. Also, as a bonus, they are going to deliver a load sod to cover the dirt that was spread in the existing yard!! It has been a long road but we may actually be able to spend Thanksgiving in our completed home and start making memories. Why? Because Rite-Way came in and turned this nightmare into a dream come true for us. I recommend them 100% without reservation. They are top notch, honest, hard-working and an answer to our prayers. Need foundation repair, call them, you'll not regret it!

***** as we see this same thing day in and day out it hurts my heart that this happened to you and the amount of money that was STOLEN from you and our law enforcement offering no help just astounds me. Let me say had they just done the right thing they couldve made a close friend as I feel I have in you and ***** Sometimes God cant control the bad things that happen but I fully believe He put me in yalls life for a reason. Even though you had been ripped off of a substantial amount of money by one man out of a group of 3 brothers, yall made it a pleasure to work for you.
