    3 weeks agoNEW I had my five unit bridge constructed and seated on 8/23/2018 by ***************************, DMD at Family Dental Center of Hutto. Prior to this, I had several bridges through the years on the same space and never had any problems.Soon after my bridge was seated it felt very uncomfortable, within days my upper molar crown came off. I told ************ this happened because the bite on the bridge was not right. ************ disagreed and said it was just an old crown. As I started getting adjustments, ************ gave me a paper to sign stating if anything goes wrong from his adjustments, I would be responsible, not him. On one of the adjustment, ************ asked me if I wanted him to file down the bridge and put the curve back like I had it on my previous bridge, when he asked me this, I did not want to be rude but I thought to myself the curve should have been created when he first constructed the bridge, thus matching the curve I have on the upper teeth.After many adjustments the bridge still felt just as uncomfortable, and there was no way I could chew on it. As ************ did another adjustment, he would say things like you have gingivitis, and he would use a camera to take pictures inside my mouth. He would tell me if you do not bite right on the articulating paper, I cannot fix it for you.I told ************ the bridge was damaging my other teeth, and he would get very defensive. After ************ did not want to adjust the bridge, he told me he did not want to see me there again and said he was refunding me $900 dollars when he received proof I had removed the five unit bridge. After *********** did not want to work on my bridge, **************** started to work on my bridge. I explained the problems and he suggested saving my bridge by adjusting it so we would not have to replace it but recommended not adjusting the back molar as it looked too thin on one side from ************************ adjustments. Instead, he could replace the opposing crown on the upper molar which he did. As *************** adjusted the high lingual area I felt a big relief but as the **************** was trying to save my bridge it became loose, and he did not want to work on the loose bridge. He recommended I go back to ************.So I asked ************ if he could work on my loose bridge and he declined, stating that, You have been released as a patient. After I got declined by ************ **************** was very nice and suggested I wait a while and see if the bridge becomes more loose and he could take it off and recement it, but my bridge was not getting any looser and it was getting more and more painful. With the pain I was having to take more meds, and at the end the meds were not working so I had to remove it. I could not get in with *************** so I went to *************** to get the bridge removed. I have updated *********** asking for the refund of $900, as I gave him proof. However, I'm not getting email replies from him. All this should have been taken care of by *********** but he just did not want to take responsibility and made me feel as if I was the problem.I have replaced three crowns and hsd one root canal and still need to replace two implants as recommended. It has been a very bad experience and I wanted to warn everyone to be very cautious with ************. Dental Center of
