      Laptop broke in less than a year, horrible and unprofessional customer service. Already waiting weeks to get it fixed and they claim they don't have the necessary parts. Stay away from them!!

      A fraudulent account was set up in my name and items were attempted to be purchased. Despite multiple attempts to contact DELL and filing a report with identity theft, DELL has refused to delete the account set up in my name. They have made no effort to reach back out to me about this. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. THEY ARE A SHADY COMPANY

      I bought a Dell OptiPlex Small Form Factor (7010) on 4/10. When setting it up, I realized it didn't have the ports I needed for three monitors. I called tech support who told me that I could buy a standalone *** and have Dell perform a service call to install it by going through Sales. I called today, 5/3, to get service scheduled and the *** bought. After being bounced around, I reached Pro Support (****), who told me that Dell no longer allows service calls, and he didn't think the *** was sellable in that way and said the best bet was to return my Optiplex because it was early within the 30-day purchase period and buy a computer from the sales department with the right specs. He prepared a return for me, said it went through the first phase and was approved for a full refund, and I would get a shipping label by email. Then I spoke to ****** in sales about a new unit. After finalizing the new sale, he noticed that the return had not been noted in my case file. He was concerned it hadn't gone through and sent me back to Pro Support. Pro Support then informed me that the return would incur a 15% restocking fee, and I would have to pay the shipping cost back to Dell because there was nothing wrong with the computer; I chose the wrong components. Let me be clear in writing, which I hope makes its way to the entire team working for Dell sales, Pro Support, technical support, and customer service. I am unwilling to just hand over $$$, ESPECIALLY after speaking with AT LEAST 6 different people, who, not one time before finalizing another sale, told me there was even the possibility of a fee to restock or that I would have to pay shipping. To say I am disappointed is putting it lightly as there are many other brands for my small business computer needs that I could have chosen. I canceled the new computer immediately, but the cords ****** insisted I needed to buy were in a separate order and now cannot be canceled. Thanks Dell, you rock (heavy sarcasm**). ZERO stars.

      I order a new Dell pc on April 5th, submit payment and told it will be a delivery April 12th. Then Dell sends email update the order was delayed another week and April `7th, Then another delay email to April 22. I contact support email only which is the worst way to have customer service experience and receive another delay email to April 29th. Frustrating yet I send another order email stating I need the ** for a project I was waiting for it to use. I then get a call from an offshore customer order rep I could barely understand outside of hearing Dell has to cancel your order, we are sorry.... I used a $300 discount promo code I was told is only used once so I am out that now and a new pc I waited a month for. Dell you are the worst and need to stop causing people problems relying on your company when you only run people around and waste their time, money and hold up projects. HP will get my order and all future business as Dell the offshore worst customer company around these days. Never received the email I was to get to confirm my refund on payment was issued as well as again I lost my $300 promo credit. Do not waste your time or money on DELL. Buy and HP or other brand.

      DELL REFUSES TO HELP CUSTOMER: I ordered a laptop from **********************. ********************** shipped it via ****** Upon delivery, I opened up the sealed box -- which had weight to it -- and discovered that the laptop was missing! I reached out to Dell and attempted to contact ***** to file a report of theft. ***** stated that Dell had to file the claim/report since they were the shipper. Dell advised that I signed for the laptop and, therefore, received it. I DID NOT receive the laptop and Dell could care less that I am out of pocket for a laptop that either someone at Dell or ***** stole. I am livid! DO NOT BUY FROM DELL. They could care less and will not help.

      On April 7 2024. I ordered a new ultra sharp monitor from ****** website through the military ID me and which I was given a discount the total price including the extended warranty was $383.27, I received a confirmation email from down that my order has been placed with them and I was thinking everything would be fine only to discover a few days later I received an email from Dell website stating that the monitor would be delayed in shipping the item Dell had already processed for the funds through my PayPal for the amount. A few days later the amount dropped off another two weeks went by and I received another email from Dell website, saying that they want to ship the monitor out to me again, my PayPal account was debit for the amount a day or two later I received another email from Dow stating there will be a delay in shipping now on 28 April. I received the third email from *** stating that the monitor would be shipped and once more again my account was debit from PayPal for the amount , two hours later, I received an email from Dell, instructing me to press the button on their webpage in order to keep my order intact with them before one May 1 or an order would be cancel. I was instructed to go to the website once there there was another tab I had to press, and once I did that I am message popped up, informing me that my new shipping date will be June 5 of 2024 at this time, dental has my funds on hold through PayPal and it was debited from my account but I do not have my monitor and everyone else calls through Dells website or out of the country overseas in ***** and I have no idea whats going on. I want ***************** headquarters to fix this problem. They caused me a lot of problems, headache and stress..

      I have tried diligently to purchase a desktop computer from Dell Inc. I wanted to use my Dell Credit which is connected to Dell ******************* however, the two of them are not linked as they should be. Both Dell Inc., and Dell ****************** has exactly the same profile information with reference to me. Nevertheless, every time for the past 3 weeks when checking out on Dell Inc. website using my Dell financial services it continues to tell me my personal information does not match what they have on file. Each time I have had my contact information checked by both affiliates, and both tell me everything is fine. Then they start the blaming game saying, "It's not on our end it is on Dell Inc. end where you're purchasing the computer." And Dell Inc. tells me it's not on their end it's on the ******************. Days upon days this keeps on being the case and nothing gets resolved. The outcome I lost out on buying a desktop I wanted to purchase on sale, now the sales over and the price has gone back up, and both Dell Inc., and ****************** didn't even care enough to try and help me resolve my issue. And I am not the only one this is happening to. The financial end is still not operating. Terrible way to do business!

      Dell has the worse customer service and finance department in the industry. I have bouught around $100,000.00 per year for the last two and one half years on laptops for our company. That comes to $250,000.00.We have used Dell ********* Services and have always paid our bills. In December we could no longer log in to DFS to pay and they have cost of hours and hour on the phone trying to solve this. They have no clue what they are doing. We finally just sent in a payment as to what we thought the balance was and paid them off.In January we ordered a computer to be shipped to one of our offices in CA. Before it arrived Dell issued a return to sender request to ***** and we never even received the computer. Yet we were billed for it. I contacted Dell and had to order another one. It took them almost three months to issue a credit to our account and then only after at least 6 calls from us.In March we order two items and then changed our mind and asked Dell to cancel the order...the same day! They said they could not cancel the order but would issue a return request to ***** and have the items returned to them. They did that and the items were never delivered to us. ***** returned the items to Dell on March 25th. Dell said the credit would be issued in 10 to 15 days. Well it has not been 30 days and numerous telephone calls saying it would be resolved within 24 to 48 hours....nothing.i have now gone back to HP for all of our company computer needs. We were geyying ready to do a few server replacements using Dell...but not going to happen.

      Well, pretty negative reviews, meanwhile I'm IN LOVE with my new Alienware R15 from Dell... ???? The ** is absolutely lovely, inside and out, building the ** and purchasing was great, responses to my messages were very prompt, also, every time I called them they were very sweet and respectful and patient, was always kind to me and the payment part was a breeze. Went straight through, no bugging me about payments , just pretty much thank you and we'll deliver your new awesome computer soon as we FRESHLY build it, can't get no better. Went into production quick, always sent me notifications of status updates and I actually got it the exact day they said I would. Even the ***** dude was cool ????. Great experience, I made the choice and it went perfect. I do feel bad about the other negative reviews but man, my experience was all 100% positive with NO ISSUES WHATSOEVER ?? #Blessings... Absolutely perfect condition, works perfect, and that 4090 is beautiful... Ryzen 9 7900x, cryotech liquid cooling, just an outstanding ** and very well made... I love it ???? Thanx Dell , props #No Regrets

      I purchased a laptop in 2021 (Service Tag J2X8L73). With that, I also subscribed to the extended warranty protection plan, and the McAfee security suite. After just under the 2 year ownership of this laptop, it began malfunctioning. I contacted your "so ******* ******* center, and requested help. First, they tired to get me to repair the computer myself. Then I contacted the warranty department. I explained the problems to them. They sent me a return cardboard box. I was advised that they probably could not fix the laptop, but, they would HAVE to delete my photographs, no matter what. I ask about a replacement laptop since I had the warranty. NO!I put the laptop away. It was useless, but, I wanted to keep my photos. I advise you to STOP the so called warranty, and the security suite. This was almost a year ago. I paid off the computer, before all of this. Since then, you have been charging me monthly on these subscriptions for a computer that DOES NOT WORK, and had been canceled! Now, I get a threat that you will turn the $36+ you say I owe you for non payment of these fraudulent charges to a ****************** Before that, you had been Stealing from me monthly. I have called and called. I can barely understand the folks who answer the phone, and most of them are extremely rude and unpleasant. I have been passed off to numerous phone numbers, only to be passed off to a phone number that I started with.I realize that all this means nothing to you. However, I live on a pension. Yes, I am one of those folks who worked all my life. I need your assistance in Stopping this! Thank you
